In April 2014 we acquired the freehold of a large pub in Chislehurst from Enterprise Inns. We arranged a pre-signed lease with a major supermarket chain and present the opportunity of the Potential development of the site to Johnson Real Estate. J.R.E have now been granted planning permission for 4 x 2 bed flats 4 x 1 bed flats plus 4000sq.ft on the ground floor commercial use. A further 4 bungalows are to be built in the grounds of the public house STPP. We worked closely with Ansun agents to arrange the best possible pre signed lease for this exciting commercial project.
